BEEEP. Beep Beep Beep. We gotta a dry clean-up in aisle 19 please. Dry clean-up, aisle 19.
-
Right, I'll give you an email. But username and password required? Nope. Latvia-bot is solid.
-
Yes sir. Re:McNabb Good on him for staying in the line-up. Wonder if its still injuries/domestic violence driven? Or if he's playing that well. Looks like he has 7 assists over last 9 games, and with 9 assists for the year he would be Sabres leading D-man point wise (Myers has 6, Risto 4). Blah. And obligatory mention of Nolan v Nolan. If the Sabres play hEaVy it could be an interesting subplot.

Exactly. Media guy needs to break out the phone and record next time if it's really him snapping. "Residents of Buffalo NY....". That phrase has been heard a bunch in national media over past 3 weeks followed by praise, empathy, and admiration. Now some joker digital media intern decides he's gonna use it in his weak intro...blah. And the mascot playing street hockey is supposed to make us jelly? Duh. No, we're actually frustrated it hasn't been cold enough to flood our backyard rinks yet.
-
Hehe. I can see it, shag rug, vinyl-ish couch, one of these in his hands

So consecutive shifts with full on scrums, a couple of fights, and a full penalty box, they pan to the bench and we still have McCormick, Kaleta, and Stewart waiting to get involved? Wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't seen it. Hell yes. As stated up thread, message sent, and for real, not the John Scott/golf-club-swinger-guy (sorry...Peters?) side show we've had for the past 10 years. Oh and May's jacket was serious. Loved it.
-
Yes, backwards. +1 on Flynn/Gionta/Mitchell. I think that line coming together and scoring a couple is what ignited this run. Good job Gionta. And, as horrible as it was in Oct, it makes sense that it took 2 months given all the new faces (skaters & coaches). Tank be damned.
-
Fair. And Flynn was -10 last year, CH was -24 but 44 points. Grier comparison is solid. Flynn was a standout the year I saw him Roc. Speed / 2 way player. Which is why this Paul Hamilton "he's an ahl player" script has been a thorn.
-
Opps, looks like Flynn is actually plus 2. Argument still stands. Zemgus is the only other forward who is + this year.
-
Hodgson 24gp, 1g, 1a, -9, 4.25M Flynn, 15gp, 3g, 2a +5 675k You sure?
-
Flynn or Hodgson? If you had to pick one.
-
Heh. "Waaaaa, Flynn is AHL player!" Shut it. Paul Hamilton. Parity, smart, hard worker, speed. It's good enough, and he seems like a solid dude. Sabres!
-
A T-day with NHL would be > than T-day with NFL (and 4000 commercials). Enjoy. They are 10 points out of playoffs with 61 to play..... .... .... .....so they should finish ~40 points out of the playoff spot if the trend continues. This conflict sucks.

Sabres go for 4 in a row. Winnipeg won last night in Columbus, 4-2. Expecting Enroth again. Kaleta back in? Happy Thanksgiving!

Game Discussion Thread Rangers at Sabres 11-21-2014 postponed

According to Interpol (the band), Rangers already here? Interpol @Interpol 33m33 minutes ago Dudes, I think the New York Rangers are staying in our hotel. Comrades!-DK -
I think Flynn is more talented than Ellis. He's probably the fastest skater on the ice most nights. Ask Reimer. Excluding Gus, I think he's been the best player for the Sabres during these past 2 games.

Because we have a mouse in our hands all day....I get it! :wallbash: And to be fair, from the top 6, he and Ennis have stepped up a bit there. Moulson, Gionta, Hodgson not so much.- 311 replies

Stafford tackling McNabb is the only fight I see. He didn't even throw a punch. But OK, it's a start. http://www.hockeyfights.com/fights/124934 Irrational? They should have a lot of frustration with their performance, it's an embarrassment. Moulson is doing nothing, does he just shrug it off and blame it on his teammates/coaches? Show us it's bothering you! Please! The hard work story is nice. zzzzzzzzzzzz. We're gonna work harder. Whatever, so does every other team. Show me some emotion and I'll keep watching. Otherwise I'll find something else to do with my time.- 311 replies

Yup, token response is not acceptable given the past month of embarrassment. Moulson was softest of the 5 I thought. I want to see someone snap. And if it's Kaleta, blah, he hasn't been in the line-up. Moulson, Hodgson, Gionta, Stafford is who I'm looking at. Top 6, veterans, who are absolutely terrible right now. Show some effin pride. They are embarrassing the jersey.- 311 replies

Girgensons Moulson Myers Were the others on ice. At first I was I was impressed Myers grabbed Jackman, known fighter, but I just realized it's the wrong Jackman (Barret vs Tim), doh.- 311 replies

Update http://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/news/2014/10/30/internet-gambling-plea-rochester-mark-ruff/18168767/ Wolford said after the plea that the $230,000 was a small portion of the overall debt owed by the gambler who paid with an Islanders check. The total of the debt was more than $1 million, he said. You'd think the Islanders would offer direct deposit.

What did you think of McCabe? I'm really liking his game. The little bit I've seen he's got my attention with his physicality. The rough stuff in the crease last night was borderline not cool (he almost pounded the guys head into ice) but was nice to see an Amerk/Sabre do it with authority.

Offensive explosion for Sabres, 2-0 win.
-
Offense is fun.
