‘The 6-foot, 186-pound Krebs has shown a willingness to play a checking line role for the Sabres, while showing glimpses of the playmaking ability that made him a first-round draft choice in 2019. Krebs was player of the year in the WHL in 2021, tallying 43 points in 24 games for the Winnipeg Ice. Krebs has also played for Canada in international tournaments, including the 2023 world championships where had a goal and four assists in 10 games for the gold medalists.’
