But we need to get better. I truly believe this group has an opportunity to take a big step this upcoming year and that’s the expectation. So that helps when I look at how you make decisions, how you improve your roster. You can’t just fast-forward it. You just don’t hit the fast-forward button, but we’ve gone through this process of building this with discipline and now we’re trying to round it out and push the team to the next level. Of course, it’s staying disciplined, and doing the right things for the organization for sustainable success, but it’s also being realistic and knowing that we need to improve now.”’
