‘I never would’ve thought in a million years that I would hear Ryan O’Reilly say he’s lost his love for the game. He said, “I’m so privileged to be able to play this game professionally. It’s the best job in the world, it’s just at times throughout the year, I thought I had lost it and when you lose consistently like this for multiple years, and with everything that’s gone on, it was just in order to cope with it, I would just go oh, it’s alright, as long as I did some things well. That’s how I fell out of love with it and I miss that and I want to get back to myself.”’
