Dallas dumps Sabres 5-1

Source: WGR-AM

‘The third goal of the game forced a goaltender change for Buffalo. Stephen Johns’ second goal of the season ended Lehner’s night just over ten minutes into the first period. Smith and Faksa recorded assists on the even strength goal. Chad Johnson replaced Lehner in net after the goal. However, Tyler Seguin’s eighth goal of the season came on the power play and gave Dallas a 4-0 lead late in the opening period. The goal came with Matt Tennyson in the penalty box for slashing.’
