‘“I need to speak up when things don’t work. As a group, we have to have more dialog between each other and also the coaching staff. As a group, we have to be able to go to them and say, ‘OK, we’re struggling with this, we need to change, we need to alter something’ and we have to be confident doing it. I think me and a couple of other guys really need to take control.”’
