‘It may be a good year or two before Mittelstadt will have a chance to play with Eichel though. This fall, Mittelstadt will start his freshman year of college at the University of Minnesota. The Minnesota native expects to build up his strength while playing for the Golden Gophers, along with improving his play on the ice. And while the NCAA will surely help Mittelstadt’s development, playing at Minnesota is something he’s wanted to do for a long time.’
