‘On Thursday, defenseman Josh Gorges blocked a shot off the foot but was able to finish the game. Head coach Dan Bylsma said that Gorges got x-rays following the game, and that he would get more tests done on Friday. Gorges did step on to the ice prior to the practice this morning, but he did not skate with the team.’
