‘Last year it was mildly frustrating to watch the Sabres get dominated in overtime. This year it’s flat out inexcusable. The NHL’s 3-2-1 point system makes it so the 5 minute overtime and shootout are worth just as much as the 60 minutes that come before it. With that in mind, I want my team to be the best at it. At this point I’d be happy if it appeared the Sabres were interested in scoring during an overtime.’
