At the quarter mark: Grading every Sabre

Source: WGR-AM

‘It is a difficult task for any rookie to make the transition from the NCAA to the NHL in a single leap, much less come into The Show and play nearly 20 minutes per game. Eichel has been one of the Sabres’ poorest possession players with a 48.3% Corsi Percentage, but has the second most goals on the team with six and leads the team with shots on goal with 64. He has shown every bit of speed, explosiveness and flash that we expected and seems to have fit in very well with the team and city.’
