Sabres Armia plays his first game

Source: WGR-AM

‘The first time Armia touched the puck he tried to go one-on-one and was just easily stood up and stopped. Armia did a lot of that in Traverse City and Ron Rolston said, “He’s got to learn a lot of things offensively. He’s got a lot of tools, but to jump into the holes at the right time, how to use other players more effectively in this league. A lot of times with a lot of skill you try to do things by yourself.” Armia said, “Of course it’s a smaller rink, the players are a little bit stronger so that’s the biggest difference. The time you don’t have to make plays is the biggest thing.”’
