Anderson Leads Senators to 2-0 Win Over Sabres

Source: WGR-AM

‘The two sides skated to a scoreless opening period, but Ottawa struck twice in the 2nd. Erik Karlsson finally opened the scoring at 8:20 of the middle frame with a shorthanded goal, his 6th of the season. Marcus Foligno failed to get back, leaving Karlsson wide open for a successful slap shot at the top of the faceoff circle. A little less than two minutes later, Erik Condra made it a 2-0 game, finishing off a scrum in front of Miller by poking home the loose puck.’
