‘“We all like Danny, we all respect him as a person and as a player,” Miller said. “I guess the thing is we always like to beat him. He’s that kind of competitive player where he’s not going to give you an inch on the ice, you’re not going to give him an inch, but you walk off the ice and he’s still going to be your buddy. But it never resembles that on the ice,” he said. “He’ll stick you, he’ll trip you, he’ll whack you. He’s always in your face, and if he scores, he’s going to have a celebration. If you stop him, he’s going to be hovering over top of you trying to get you off your game. I think that’s the right kind of dynamic for a good relationship between some of the boys here and the guy on the opposing team,” he said. “You go out there and you don’t leave anything out.”’
