A dream return home for Byron

Source: Ottawa Citizen

‘Byron played 14 minutes, 30 seconds in his debut and made a good impression on head coach Lindy Ruff with his skating and effort. Why not? Byron treats every practice, every game, as another chance to prove himself. “Skating is my No. 1 asset,” Byron says. “That’s what I do, get around the ice, harder for guys to hit me, and take me out of plays. I try to use my speed as much as possible.”‘
