Buffalo boss Ruff has rough assessment of Torres' goalless stint, conditioning with Sabres last seas

Source: Vancouver Province

‘Ruff said Torres “wasn’t up to speed when we got him.” Torres admitted as much, saying he had a feeling he’d be traded somewhere where the pace was faster than in Columbus and that he should have worked more on conditioning. “I wouldn’t say I was out of shape, but I wouldn’t say I was in my best shape,” Torres said.’
