‘Buffalo Sabres General Manager Darcy Regier announced today that goaltender Patrick Lalime has agreed to a two-game conditioning assignment with the Portland Pirates of the American Hockey League. Lalime will play Friday and Saturday (both vs. Providence) with the Pirates, and will return to the Sabres on Sunday.’
