‘A couple of years ago Peters dropped a significant amount of weight in order to get more mobile on his skates. But he found it hard to battle the heavyweights and added about 20 pounds of muscle after changing his workout regime. "I’m back up to 240 but I tried to stay as lean as possible," he said. "I found it hard at 225 pounds tussling with the big guys. I feel strong on the ice and that’s part of my job, to be strong in the corners and strong when I’m fighting. As long as I feel comfortable, that’s all that matters."’
