BC’s Gerbe could sign with Sabres

‘The conquering hero of the Frozen Four either can return to Boston College for his senior season or can turn pro and join the Buffalo Sabres, who made the 5-5 dynamo a fifth-round pick in the 2005 draft. “He’ll have to look at all the pluses both ways,” coach Jerry York said. “There are no minuses.”’
