‘Teppo Numminen tied the game for Buffalo thirty seconds into the third period while shorthanded. Colby Armstrong scored his second of the night on the power play at 11:26 to put the Penguins up 3-2. Maxim Afinogenov would score another shorthanded goal for the Sabres at 14:08 to force overtime.’
