OT winner proves success sticks to Drury

Source: Ottawa Citizen

‘Drury’s history of sporting success is astounding. At 12, he led his Greater Bridgeport, Connecticut, hockey team to a national amateur title. Five months later, he was the starting pitcher as his upstart baseball team from Trumbull, Connecticut, won the Little League World Series with a stunning upset over Taiwan. Drury has won a state hockey championship in high school. His Boston University Terriers won the NCAA championship. He has won the Hobey Baker Trophy as top collegiate player and the Calder Trophy as NHL rookie of the year.’
