Sabres Win In Shootout; Beat Lightning 4-3

Source: WGR-AM

‘The game was tied after three periods 3-3 forcing overtime. The Sabres had plenty of chances to score in OT as the Lightning committed three penalties and gave the Sabres a two-man advantage. The Sabres, however, missed the a chance with the extra skaters as they went 0 for 9 on the power play for the entire game.’
