Regier Talks About the Draft

I don’t think it’s any secret that all things being equal, our preference would be to acquire a defenseman. The draft varies from year to year. I think if you look at 1998, the number is somewhere over 80 percent of those first-round selections are playing in the National Hockey League and you can have years in which it’s under 50 percent.
