'The big topic at Wednesday practice was the proposed rule changes by the NHL's general managers. Lindy Ruff and Miroslav Satan both like the rule giving goaltenders a two minute penalty for going behind the net. Both feel it will lead to more forechecking which leads to more scoring opportunities. Defenseman Alexei Zhitnik isn't as enthusiastic. He claims forwards will be in on the "D" quickly causing more violent collisions into the wall and more injuries. Mika Noronen says he'd miss handling the puck, but he'd live with it.'
