"We're going to be as supportive as we can be, but we're going to have to make some tough decisions on our own about the future depending on how the ownership situation pans out," said Donner. "I'm assuming now that there has to be a way to keep that team in Buffalo. The city has to have that team there and they're going to find a way to work it out."'
